It is also the responsibility of the parent or guardian to provide accurate account information and pay all subscription charges if any.

Price and Payment

ABCfrog reserves the right at any time to adjust our prices and payment methods. Premium users will be charged the full amount of their chosen subscription term upon joining or re-subscribing. All payments are non-refundable unless ABCfrog.com is unable to deliver the service.

Membership Cancellation

ABCfrog.com may terminate your account or access rights if in ABCfrog's opinion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement.

Intellectual Property

All games, images, materials, sounds, and content published by ABCfrog.com are protected by copyright. No material or derivative works may be copied, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Memberships maybe not be sublicensed, transferred or sold.

Service Changes

ABCfrog.com fully reserves the right to alter, delete or add features without prior warning. We will make our best efforts to make any changes as smooth as possible for all subscribers.

Privacy Statement

ABCfrog.com strongly encourages parents to use computers with their children and monitor their online activities. We work hard to protect users' personal information and online security.

ABCfrog.com will NOT knowingly distribute or resell any personal information about users or their parents.

We do not collect credit card information; all payments are processed through a third party.

We will periodically email about service changes, updates or interruptions and keep users notified of ABCfrog.com promotions. We will do our best to keep these emails to a minimum.

Changes to this Agreement
